100 g smält smör

200 g riven kokos

4 dl florsocker

1 dl vispgrädde

300-400 g smält mjölkchoklad

Blanda smält smör med riven kokos, florsocker och vispgrädde. Tryck ut kokosmassan på ett bakplåtspapper till önskad tjocklek och ställ i frysen minst 1 timme eller i kylen minst 3 timmar. Skär kokosen i stavar och doppa eller pensla med smält mjölkchoklad och låt stelna på bakplåtspapper. Förvara i kylskåp.

BOUNTY BARS

100 g melted butter

200 g shredded coconut

1,6 cup powdered sugar

0,42 cup double cream

300-400 g melted milk chocolate

Place the butter, coconut, powdered sugar and double cream into the mixing bowl and mix thoroughly – about 1-2 minutes until thoroughly combined. Line a small baking sheet/tray/tin with a parchment/baking paper. Transfer the coconut mixture into the tin and press into a block about 2 cm/0.8 inches high. Cover and put into the fridge for about 3 hours or freezer for about 1 hour.
Remove from the fridge/freezer, transfer the coconut block onto a cutting board and cut into bars. Dip the bars into melted chocolate to coat, then place onto the prepared tray and put into the fridge. Enjoy!
