Det är dags!
Den 9 juni, i samband med Vegomässan kommer min kokbok Veganer äter bara gräs ha release och NI ALLA är inbjudna! Biljetter kan ni köpa HÄR.Inte nog med att man för första gången kommer att kunna köpa min kokbok ska jag dessutom gästa scenen. Där kommer jag att berätta om min egen resa mot veganism, min filosofi kring hur vi genom barnen kan förändra den nedåtgående klimattrenden samt (ni känner ju mig) bjuda på TÅRTKALAS.

Så för att fira detta spektakel kan man ju tillreda sig en fet, jädra nougattryffelbrownie. För det gjorde jag!Brownie med nougattryffel
Form: ca 24 cm i diameter, löstagbara kanter
Antal: Ca 8 personer

Ingredienser

Nougattryffel
125 gram växtbaserad choklad, mörk
100 gram växtbaserat smör

2 dl sojavispgrädde
1 dl skalade hasselnötter
¾ dl florsocker
1 krm salt

Brownie
150 g margarin
3 dl socker
2 dl vetemjöl
1 dl kakao
1 dl kikärtsspad
1 tsk vaniljsocker
2 krm salt
50 gram växtbaserad choklad
Växtbaserat smör och ströbröd

Tips på garnering
Smält choklad (om du vill göra swirlmönster i kakan likt jag själv)
Rostade hasselnötter
Jordgubbar

Gör såhär:

1. Brownie: Sätt ugnen på 200 grader.
2. Smält smör i en kastrull. Ställ åt sidan och tillsätt resterande ingredienser samtidigt som du vispar med elvisp. Riv choklad och vänd ner i smeten.
3. Smörj och bröa en form med löstagbara kanter. Grädde sedan i nedre delen av ugnen cirka 20-30 minuter beroende på hur kladdig du önskar den. Låt den sätta sig genom att vila minst 30 minuter.
4. Nougattryffel: Rosta hasselnötter i ugnen på 200 grader i ca 10 minuter.
5. Grovhacka choklad, Smält smör tillsammans med grädde i en kastrull. Ta kastrullen från plattan och rör ner chokladen tills det att den smält samman med smöret och grädden.
6. Tillsätt hasselnötter och florsocker. Slätmixa med hjälp av en stavmixer.
7. Montering: Häll nougattryffelsmeten över din browniebotten. Ställ kylt i 6 timmar, helst över natten.
